That’s because he’s taking way more 2’s. He’s also taking way more 3’s which is bringing down his TS% more than it should because he’s only shooting 31% from 3 this season, on 8 attempts, which is terrible and the 2nd worst of his career lol.

He’s shooting over 50% from 2 on huge volume, the chucking 3’s is really hurting what should be BY FAR his best season.

He got better and was able to find a consistent shot he can rely on. That turnaround middy looks robotic but that shit is automatic. Compared that to his Grizzlies days where his shot selection is so random. He still has that headscratching shot selection wherein he’ll go ball hog and heat check but with a shot that he has shown that he can sink.

Yeah the way Memphis handled it was pretty pathetic. The media was making fun of their guy and they crumble and release him and insult him. I didn’t like Dillon in Memphis but I was rooting for him after he got sent to the Rockets, and am rooting for him on the Suns.

I’ve been a Brooks fan for long time but his time with the Grizz was over. This version of Brooks won’t happen on the Girizz and they would have not have pay offer him the contract, he got from the Rockets.

It’s was a bit of a coaching problem because Jenkins wasn’t able to limit from taking ill advised shots, he was so many bad shots, his shot selections was atrocious, his efficieny wasn’t good, tunnel vision and eveything, Brooks was also forcing shots because he was trying to have a good contract.
