I’ve never understood the appeal of Ty Lue, he’s not a bad coach but he’s far from being one of the best in the league. The cavs title is hard to judge him on because he had LeBron and Kyrie who were just a basketball match made in heaven.

We have 11 players averaging at least 18 mpg. Our 11, 12th, and 13th men off the bench play a combined 43 mpg. A top prospect would absolutely get plenty of playing time if our coach thought he was ready. After all, even our rookie guard, second round pick was getting 16 mpg last year on the championship squad prior to his injury despite playing behind Sga, Cason Wallace, Joe, Caruso and Jdub.

Hindsight is ²⁰⁄₂₀ but they were better off with Norm, Mann and Coffey on the roster. If they would have just made a move for a solid backup center they’d have been fine.

CP3 didn’t work, Bogi really hasn’t worked, Collins is OK but a defensive liability, Lopez hasn’t worked out, Beal never saw the court healthy.

Only bright spots are a healthy Kawhi and Kobe Sanders showing some solid minutes as a rookie.
