Denver are 9-4 in their last 13 games: 9-0 on the road, 0-4 at home

Insane reversal for a team that historically has had the #1 HC preference in the NBA
This is just the training arc for beating OKC 4 times on the road in the playoffs, obviously.
Going into our Hyperbolic Time Chamber like Goku and Gohan to train to fight Cell
OKC should prob let Denver have the 1 seed or they in trouble
It gets better than that. They lost to Chicago, Sac, Dallas and SA. Only SA has a winning record, and SA didn’t have Wemby. Buncha weirdos the Nuggets are.
Next you’ll tell me they got swept by the Wizards last year or something.
Oh my god funniest shit I’ve ever seen. Jokic averaged 50/15/9 on 62% shooting against washington and lost both times. I wanted Jokic to ask out soo bad when it happened. This year it happened to Giannis and he asked out the next day ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
When you get swept by the Wizards while averaging 50 and the guy still doesn’t ask out, that’s when you know he’s going to stay.
I don’t see them punting a lot of games but they do love to slack off when lights get dimmer.
Bright lights merchants
Wemby or castle, bulls on the second night of a b2b of a double OT game lol. Our defense is comically bad without ag and Braun, we started the year top 5ish with them and have since regressed to letting any and every team drop 130 on us without them, just not very physical allowing other teams to get in rhythm and hoping the offense is enough sometimes it is sometimes not.
I think some people said it might be bc of the schedule as well, we haven’t had much of a home stand and come in and out of Denver so can’t acclimate but who knows.
Away court advantage
It’s the altitude.
Fat man needs extra breath
Sorry what,
Polar opposite of the usual mile high advantage
jokic has finally gotten so fat that he can’t handle the altitude anymore 💔
tbh it looks like the new guys (and our fill-in starters) run out of steam due to the altitude since they are given so much more workload. gordon and braun have been used to it for a while but Val comes from sea-level, THJ comes from sea level, Cam comes from sea level, and bruce was playing at sea level. is it an excuse? kinda. is it fixable? hopefully, these guys aren’t spring chickens. could it be something that improves at the playoffs? i think so.
it weirdly benefits them to take a low seed and play at lower altitudes lol.
A lot of them are just not on the same page, when Murray and especially Jokic pass to them they aren’t anticipating it and fumble the ball. I’ve noticed a lot of times Jokic passes to Spencer he just doesn’t even realize it’s for him then jokic chucks it outta bounds or Spencer fumbles it. Chemistry will improve.
idk if jones is the best player to use as an example considering he’s effectively a 24 year old rookie who didn’t expect to start a game.
The Road Warriors. Not sure whats happening to Nuggets but they just CANT win at home . And loses werent against contender teams no disrespect but they were to some mid teams. Losing against tanking Kings & Mavs, Spurs withot Wemby and Castle etc.
They better not come home after this road tour but just go town to town taking heads
we (knicks) and denver swapped, we used to be better on the road than at home and now it’s completely flipped
