It’s probably not as desirable as fans think. Top players don’t want to be second fiddle and playing with someone like Jokic brings a lot of media attention that can get very toxic when the team isn’t playing well. Hell look at how Jokic’s teammates get talked about when the Nuggets underachieve, all of a sudden his teammates magically become bums who aren’t giving Joker the help he needs. Most top stars will definitely prefer a fat payday while living in Miami with a bunch of big booty latinas then playing with the ultimate unlocker lol.
