I swear every game I watch he’s just so steady with it. Considering he’s a rookie, he takes great care of the ball, dimes his teammates up well, and gives a scoring punch. Not a glamourous description but he’s like that 7th or 8th man 10 year PG-vet who just comes in and keeps the team humming.

Such a good get and I’m excited to see where his potential takes him.

Tbf Jeremy has been playing like hot ass so far this season, but as a certified Jeremy Hater this game was a huge swing in the other direction. He still had issues on offense, but they were more born out of being asked to save a broken play with the clock ticking down vs the past few games where he’s dribbled into the paint just to stand there and pray someone bails him out for picking up his dribble.

Yeah, they stopped blowing the whistle for us in the 4th. My take away is that yall played really good defense. It was hard to get decent looks from 3 and at the same time getting to the paint. Kornet looked great defensively and Barnes was the best player on the court tonight

At 33:1 odds, if I get the Spurs in the WCF, it was an excellent bet. They can absolutely beat OKC in a series with Wemby.

I have made a lot of money betting because I am OK with taking the longer odds. If a team has a 30% chance of winning but I get 5:1 odds, it doesn’t matter that I lose most of the time. 33 to one doesn’t mean “the spurs WILL win”. It just means they have a better chance of winning than lots of people not paying attention think.

Yeah it was crazy, Kornet got a clean block and was called a foul. Then you got Jeremy being called for going straight up. Refs almost really affected the outcome there

The refs definitely ignored some fouls committed on the grizzlies but they made multiple calls/no calls that negatively impacted the Spurs as well
