Nothing, Dallas had a great shot last night. That’s when the coach is an amateur. Adalman is an amateur, where JV and Jokic play together only once. They played the Rockets for maybe 5 minutes. If Jokic and JV play together, it is very difficult to get a rebound, or guard the Denver offense.

Interesting take. I think twin towers works best when one of the bigs has enough mobility to guard the perimeter, like Mobley or Chet. 4 out is common enough that I think teams would just punish a Jokic / JV frontcourt.

It’s not really complex, it’s an estimation of points per possession. If you have a 100 TS%, that’s the equivalent of scoring 2.0 points per possession.

If you shoot 10-12 from the field and all of them are threes, you’ll have 30 points over 12 possessions which is 2.5 points per possession or 125 TS%

so they treat every shot as a 2 point shot, 100% 3pt percentage means 150% TS.

He shot 14 times and had 28 points, meaning he gets 2 points for every attempt, hence the 100% TS.
