That season was kinda representative of their careers so far, Ant shows significant growth throughout the season, and Lamelo flashes his talent but gets injured. Iirc Ant played over 50% more minutes than him, but Lamelo had the narrative from his early season success.

That’s an interesting thought. My two cents on it is most wolves fans understand were the best we’ve ever been the last two years and we don’t want it to go to waste. Sure, as fans of the team it’s fine and will be good memories, but you play to win rings and we all want that.

I’m really happy that Minnesota has a basketball star that can bring wins for the team, and going to the WCF back to back is a true blessing, but I can feel it in my bones that Ant can bring a ring to be blessed in Lake Minnetonka again.
