Yes, no one there understands that lamelo does not know how to play winning basketball. And no im not saying he doesnt care about winning, which he does as do most other nba players, but he doesnt understand on the court what is the right decision to make that will put the team in the best possible position to win. He does not know how to play within himself and is unable to control the pace of the game. He takes horrendous 3 point shots out of the flow of the offense. He forces his dribble drives looking to bait fouls, unsuccessfully. Its simply not good fundamental winning basketball but our sub is convinced that he is a net positive player on the court. He is talented and has some pretty fantastic individual games but does it even matter when we still lose??

He should’ve gotten more shots, especially in the second half. It’s not like he cooled down after his 18pt first half, he just wasn’t getting the ball enough.

He should be touching the ball on most possessions, and whenever Lamelo and Brandon aren’t in, he should be touching the ball every possession. If players aren’t passing him the ball, we should get rid of them and replace them with someone who signs a Kontract saying they will always look to pass to him.
