People are always so quick to label Curry as washed when he has had a bad early game and its been happening for 5-6 seasons now. Yesterday he legitimately was coming off of being sick and on a back to back does this. It’s already been conceded that he may not be able to carry like he used to but at the end of the day he is still capable of being the best player on the floor at any game.

yeah I mean even without coming off the flu OKC’s defense is some of the best ever a regular Curry performance wouldn’t have made a difference in the end result. Though he’s always performed well against this variation of the Thunder team but instead with the strong perimeter defenders in the lineup, it’s unfortunate but it would’ve been cool to see Steph fully healthy play.

Tbf, it depends on how we are measuring it. Completely understand people now like to use milage and “years at xyz level” more than someone’s performance at xyz age, but it still matters a lot imo.

Yes, the wear and tear is different, but ultimately I won’t argue he’s played at xyz level longer than those guys or has played more games. I will only say he is soon to be 38 and still able to do this. That’s still impressive regardless.
