[Highlight] Take a look at Tyrese Haliburton’s four game-winners from the 2025 NBA Playoffs
One of the greatest playoff runs ever.
An injury away from being the greatest. Fuck me.
i don’t care about Indiana at all but that injury was tragic. I really feel like they could have done it if he was healthy and it would have been the craziest underdog story in sports since that EPL win several years ago.
I genuinely think Indy wins if Tyrese doesn’t go down. This isn’t to put an asterisk on OKC - they were unquestionably the best team this season - but Indy was on such a generational run. That was maybe the most fun postseason run I’ve ever seen (yes, with my flair), and to see Ty go down and the team get gutted like that - man, it feels like watching D.Rose go down. Just so much fun we could’ve had.
Reading this shit hurts but also feels good. It’s the life when you root for this franchise.
and… even at half time, the Pacers were up by 1.
The way he started that game it didn’t look like anyone was going to be able to stop him from ripping a title out of OKCs hands in a game 7. Then the injury. But, that extra fire he was playing with is likely what also popped it. In the two prior games he was babying it to extend his time playing.
I felt like I was going to vomit from sadness
You guys got absolutely boned, I also lost like $400 in earnings from betting on yall lol
Bro a 17 PPG playoffs on league average efficiency was never gonna be the greatest relax
Edit: The people who are downvoting need to educate themselves. Jordan literally has a playoff run more than twice as many points as Haliburton
Starts the Game 3⁄4 from three which typically means it’s a big game from Ty. But sure let’s go with your interpretation.
My interpretation never was that it wasn’t great. But we might be slightly exaggerating the run here.
Let me be full of shit man. Still hurtin’
That Bucks one was pretty crazy. Gary Trent Jr. was basically going to win them the game by himself, even did a little “frontrunning” trash talk during it, then he followed it up with two massive late-game blunders that allowed Tyrese’s game winner. Batshit crazy game.
That game seven injury really robbed us of something special, man damn
We will never know for sure obviously but we don’t lose many games when he comes out aggressive like that. (Thunder fans let me have this)
(Thunder fans let me have this)
They have nothing to do with it and can’t take that away from you. The 2025 Pacers win percentage is the best in NBA history when Haliburton scores 20 points or higher. He had half that number early in first quarter.
As Pacers fans, we know within minutes if it’s going to be a “Haliburton” game. He was locked in, at worst the game comes down to the last few minutes, but more than likely the Pacers win. Look at SGA’s shot attempts and the fact the Pacers were leading going into half. Ultimately we will never truly know how he would have ended the Pacers incredible run, but it would have gone to the wire, and I will never doubt our boy in that situation.
In the last minutes I’m taking haliburton over 8 for 27 sga
I would too, even though that 8 for 27 turns into scoring on 24 of 27 attempts because ref favor.
But Haliburton showed time and again that playoff run that he would either pull a shot out of his ass final ssconds or feed someone else to and they all looked prepared to take those shots. The way that game started, if the injury doesn’t happen I don’t really think it’s a close finish. That same OKC team lost one game to Timberwolves by a 42 pt deficit in their series when the refs didn’t stop them from running on OKC early and often. And that’s how Haliburton started that one.
God he was on fire to start the game too, even if OKC won still it probably would have been a great game. Props to the team for hanging around in the first half at least but you knew OKC was gonna be too much for them without Hali
I know what Hali is capable of when the lights are brightest. He would’ve won it. I know it
Definitely an all-time “what if” in my book.
Bro seriously gained my respect after the olympics. Really unfortunate that we couldnt get one of the greatest Game 7s in NBA history due to his injury. Hadnt been that excited for a Game 7 since 2016, man. Really was about to be something special.
He was absolutely incredible, ice in his veins.
It’s hard to now, knowing how it ended for him and the Pacers. I’m not a Pacers fan but I was riding high with them and rooting for them all the way!
It still hurts and I still avoid any highlights from the playoffs. This shit is sports nightmare.
But in respect to Haliburton and the team, I will say that this playoff will not be forgotten and really did a lot for both the franchise and the city of Indianapolis.
Epic run, only thing that would have made it better is the New York shot as a game winner with the very fitting choke celebration
Agreed, but man, they shouldn’t have had any business even being in OT. It didn’t have the stakes of the OKC game-winner, but the NY one was my favorite. Just had no business being in that position and they pulled it off in probably the most difficult road environment in the NBA.
Best wishes for speedy recovery
Love watching that dude
this postseason run better not get lost to history man this shit mean something to me
That dark magic man
Fucking a, dude was gonna hit one game 7. No doubt
I see this and it feels like Game of Thrones all over again. Sure the past season/series were fantastic and heart pumping, but man that ending just kills my enjoyment watching it.
We’ll get there again soon
I hope
The run was incredibly fun, but it’s hard for me to re-watch this seasons’ highlights knowing what happens.
I don’t know if I’ll ever recover.
You don’t. Different situation obv, but 3 titles later I still can’t read shit about the 2016 finals lmao.
This was so much fun. Can’t wait for this guy to be back.
Right up there with the 2014 Spurs run as some of the most entertaining basketball I’ve ever seen. Can’t wait for Hali to come back.
2014 Spurs were the best basketball team of all-time as far as I’m concerned. I’m so happy the 2024⁄2025 Pacers team reminds people of that Spurs team in some regard. That was basketball at it’s most pure.
unbelievable man.
People will remember the one against the Knicks for many reasons, but the one against Cleveland was pure cold blood. Basically put Cleveland away with a single shot.
edit; Knicks one is my favorite because of the history, the call, the bounce, and how the entire Indiana bench runs after him like he just ended WW2.
As a long time member of the Don is a Con club and sometime member of the Gobert is Underrated club, watching the Pacers dismantle the #1 seed Cavs had me giggling for days.
Don is just a regular season player. He will get teams into the playoffs and even be a high seed. However he just can’t be the teams best player. It needs to be Mobley, or Allen that are better than him and they just aren’t right now.
dame lilard reincarnated
Damian Lillard is very much still alive.
how did i forget the intentional missed FT against CLE
Man sad to think he might not reach this level again after that injury
Hate to be that guy but the one against the knicks wasn’t a game-winner
crazy impressive run either way though, had one in each series
Bro was about to drop 40 on Shai’s head and steal the trophy before that achilles snap
Young dude. Good science and docs these days. Look at old man KD doing big things post Achilles with a lotta years on Hali. Plus Ty’s game is more mental than it is athletic. I’m hopeful as it gets.
If only he never got hurt we won’t ever know.
We were so close to peak Pacers bros………
I hate the pacers more than any team, but this playoff series has lessened that. I appreciate seeing greatness. Glad they lost though lol
This was the greatest playoff run of all time. Not just for teams that didn’t end up winning it all, the best of any playoff run ever.
I will never forget this dude in the 24-25 playoffs.
legendary run. he deserved better
The one against the Knicks was insane…
Drive on Giannis; offensive rebound and step back 3 vs the Cavs; weird run away from the basket 3 pointer on the Knicks; pull-up 2 on the Thunder.
Incredible variety, dude was playing random in the best way.
That Knicks shot makes me sick
Such a great playoff run. Im a NYK fan so it ws heartbreaking lol. But such a great player have to give props
Vs new york it was a game tier, no win
I’m glad you included the NY game, Idc what anyone says, that was a game winner, that was a fucking 3. I have never seen a player have a game winner in each series……. Its probably one of the craziest statistics ever in an NBA Playoff run.
Against Milwaukee, then Cleveland, then New York, then OKC.
He’ll come back stronger and better <3 We got robbed of an insane playoff run but we will see Hali show us his greatness. Overrate that!
Generational run, wish they could’ve pulled it off
Why do I not hear El Djihad in the background?
Remember the Haliban!
The one that bounced in against Knicks, I think game 1, that was an epic dagger.
“we gotta fix that shotput shooting motion though” heard for months leading up to his draft.
Legendary
Best since 2018 Bron in the playoffs.
