He went 16-16 at fordham and then couldn’t even get to the tournament with Villanova after we spent a ridiculously disproportionate amount of the university’s money on getting him the players, staff, and utilities he wanted. Literally the only reason he wasn’t sacked sooner was because he was Jay’s boy. Guy is dog shit as an actual coach regardless of whatever your friends tell you about his analytical mind. An assistant or video boy might suit him better tbh

I mean it’s not really just my opinion when there’s literal statistical and contextual evidence. His teams have repeatedly underperformed when compared to the resources and personnel he had available to him. That’s a concrete fact.

But like I said, maybe he’s not cut out to be a legit coach who interacts with players and leads a team. Maybe he’s better at being a behind the scenes guy.
