You want flat damage to attacks, not increased % of all types.
I’m new to POE. What do you mean flat? Like 2 to 6 physical or 1 to 60 lightning dmg?
I’m playing Monk, and i had a decent physical staff with 20% atk speed/ fire dmg but I found a staff with higher, lightning, fire, and cold dmg by a good margin but lower physical. I added all element numbers individually. I tried it out, and the higher physical one felt better for clearing.
But not for spellcasters right ? Then you want % extra damage, or so I thought ?

Maybe there is someone out there that would find a good use of a ring like yours, but not a meta build

In my experience when someone says “raw” damage they are referring to the base damage of a skill before any modifiers are taken into account, and flat damage would then be added on top of the raw damage.
As the other commenter said, it’s called “flat” because it refers to modifiers that directly increase the damage range of a specific type by a static amount. It is a fixed amount that does not change within the formula.
Raw damage in some RPG would indicate a base level of damage on an item that typically can change based on various calculations. A non-static variable.

It’s not bad but no flat damage hurts. If it had a physical flat, ele increased, and same ele flat it would be much better.
If this was still last season it might have sold for a few Div but they nuked most wand builds into the ground so unfortunately you’ve got a nice center vendor piece.
Good for spells
That ring is for lightning/fire sorc, it would be better if it has cast speed replace mana regen, but it is usable. May be 10 15c, i guess.
