The real sad part is that there are almost always better items for cheaper on the trade site. It has discouraged me from crafting almost completely. I was looking at EV/ES jackets last night. 1000EV/400ES start at about 10 chaos.

Fracture and hope you get something you want to keep. Then exalt… Probably wittle from there… Problem is you have like 4 good mods so you NEED to fracture to keep one alive.

It’s just gambling, you can use essence to try and get a hit of something you want, but it is still gambling.

For example you use a life essence on a white base, and get life Regen, but wanted plus to life. You can hit it again with a greater essence to try for the life again.

You can use the different omens that only add prefixes or suffixes if you know what you are looking for, but again it’s gambling just a smaller pool to gamble from.
