This is a deep cut but it reminded me of the timeout Nick Nurse called with 3 mins left in game 5 of the 2019 finals. Crowd was going crazy, Kawhi had the ball, they were up 9, and nurse called a timeout.

Warriors had their final absolute avalanche run of the pre-klay injury era and forced game 6 after that.

If klay doesn’t get hurt game 6, raptors fans may still be having nightmares about that timeout

For all the criticism (deserved and underserved) Jalen got this whole series, he was once again the clutch player of the year

Taking off the Knicks jersey for a sec, that was a fun and competitive series. Pistons fans should absolutely be proud of their team despite how it ended.
